Handmade Journal, 4.5" x 5.5", Softcover, Envelope Pages, Black and White Stripes

One of my most cherished activities in my creative practice is visual journaling. Because I am so drawn to sketchbooks, journals, planners, and book arts, I eventually learned to how to bind books myself. Something about holding and interacting with a handmade book just feels so special.

This handmade journal can be used as a sketchbook, a diary, or any other utilitarian purpose. I use mine as an art journal, and my husband uses his to write notes for classes and workshops he attends.

All of the pages are repurposed white envelopes. Some pages even have the envelope pocket exposed, so you can store whatever you want inside of them - photographs, receipts, or notes, for example.

This design also comes with a handsewn fabric book jacket that can be removed or replaced if desired.
